What is the Circl Programme?
For the last 4 years at Circl we’ve been running Inclusive Co-Coaching Leadership Programmes, matching professionals from progressive companies like Google, McKinsey, Innocent, Meta and eBay, with underrepresented 18-24 yr olds for an inclusive coaching skills accreditation. On the programme both the professionals and young people actually get to know each other and build authentic trust through powerful conversations and both achieve a management level accreditation in leadership coaching skills.
The Circl Open Programme
Due to high demand, for the first time we’re running an Open Circl, where individuals and professionals from any company (or no company!) can take part in our programme alongside our incredible young future leaders, without their whole organisation having to sign up.

How long is the programme, how do I take part & what is the cost?
- The programme is run via video on Zoom or Teams, so you can take part from anywhere, but with options to meet f2f for 121s and at future Circl Community events.
- It's runs over 2 months with 6x 2 hour weekly or bi-weekly online group sessions.
- The cost is £2000+vat per professional. This also covers the cost for the young future leader that you are matched with to take part in the programme and receive the same qualification.
