4/2 sent another follow up email and copied Carlos WMA 3/28 sent follow up email WMA 3/18 applied in full MAK TASK: Obtain a FULL STREET CLOSURE permit to close down a small section of Atlanta Ave SE, limiting through traffic but allowing local access for homeowners. If safety allows it, the crew may allow more general access during the closure. This traffic interruption is required to safely complete the work, and will take place between Boulevard SE and Rosedale Ave SE and traffic will be routed around the closed section using compliant signage. Code requires only that contractors identify and notify residents of street closures by mail several days in advance of the project. Boutte Tree requests that clients communicate directly with neighbors to overcome the deficiencies of using USPS to notify. Consult with your arborist on the work setup. Immediate neighbors will likely be impacted more than neighbors further from the work zone. On the day before the work, Boutte Tree will post No Parking signs on the street to demarcate the work zone which will be cleared. Any cars within the work zone (typically both sides of the street and 150' to either side of the tree) will be towed at the Owner's expense. Traffic control plans are typically begun within days of contract acceptance, after which Boutte Tree does not refund street closure costs.
TRPs, Closures, Tasks, Waivers, etc.
TASK: Arborist will post signs prior to date of work to alert neighbors of closure.
