Using Trusts and Special Needs Trusts After Changes to the Medi-Cal Asset Test

This program reviews the use of irrevocable/revocable trusts and special needs trusts after the implementation of the new Medi-Cal asset limit changes. The presenters provide responses to common questions concerning the use of revocable living trusts to avoid Medi-Cal recovery, using the court to modify A-B trusts, and when it is still necessary or advisable to use special needs trusts.
