I understand that during my course of study at One Spirit, I will be evaluated on my written and oral work, on my personal progress toward readiness for mentoring and/or ministry, and on my cultivation of and adherence to the principles outlined in the Code of Ethics. Because effective service reflects and depends on our emotional and spiritual integrity, maturity, and ongoing openness to growth, I understand that simply fulfilling the outer formal requirements of the program (required attendance, completion of written assignments, and fulfillment of my tuition payment agreement) does not inherently guarantee graduation and/or ministry ordination.

As a member of this class and this community, I agree to adhere to all of the principles in the Code of Ethics. In particular, in regard to my participation in activities involving One Spirit, I acknowledge the special importance of the fourth and seventh principles of the Code. I therefore commit myself to cultivating honest, loving, and responsible speech and to refraining from gossip and other forms of harmful speech. I further commit myself to maintaining One Spirit as a safe and sacred space for growth and healing by maintaining the confidentiality of what is shared in all venues of One Spirit educational activities (classroom, study groups, internet, electives, intensives, etc.).

I understand that, in the process of my training, if it is found by the educational staff and Program Directors that I am not sufficiently adhering to the principles specified in this agreement, I may be required to take remedial action in order to fulfill the requirements for graduation, or to take a leave of absence, or to withdraw from the program.

I acknowledge that the intent of this agreement is to safeguard the integrity of the mentoring and ministry training being provided by One Spirit and to promote my own individual growth and development.

• Audio Recordings of my class participation, including the audio portion on any video recordings, are released FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. They may be shared ONLY with other students enrolled in my cohort, One Spirit faculty and staff.
• Photographs and Moving Images: I grant One Spirit Learning Alliance permission to use my likeness in photographs and video recordings (without audio), in any and all media, for any lawful purpose.

I hereby release to One Spirit Learning Alliance, its agents, and employees all rights to exhibit this recorded material in print, digital and electronic form publicly or privately and/or for marketing purposes. 

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied.

Use of recording equipment by students or other participants (audio or visual, including cameras) is not permitted without the written permission of One Spirit Learning Alliance.
