We would be very grateful if you could answer the following short post-event survey.
Before completing this survey, please read the privacy notice below to see how we will use and share the data you provide.
Categories of information
we collect
We are collecting
two types of information
- Personal information about you, covering age, ethnicity, gender and disability
- Impact data (all other data)
- We do not link this to your name, address or other details that directly
identify you
Why are we collecting
this information?
We are
collecting this information:
- To understand which groups of people we engage
- To understand the impact of our work on different groups of people
- To improve our work
- To prove the impact of our work to our supporters, partners, funders and
potential funders, the public, and other organisations
- Where necessary, to support any research or collaborations we enter into
with other organisations (for example, other community organisations, local
authorities or academic bodies)
Will we share this
information with anyone else?
- Where needed for the purposes above we will share the information with
third parties such as local authorities, delivery partners, researchers,
academic bodies and funders.
- We will also share the information with third parties for:
o
data storage and management
o
data processing, analysis and presentation
o
auditing and accreditation of our internal systems and processes
o
expert review
- Wherever we can, we share the information at an aggregated level (for
example, the percentage of people in each age group)
- In some cases, we may share the full data from our surveys. As the information we collect is not linked to
your name or individual contact details, it is extremely unlikely that you
could be identified from it.
How are we doing to store the data?
The data
will be stored on our secure internal database and access will be restricted to
those people within our organisation who need it to carry out the purposes
listed above.
How long will we keep
this information for?
· We will keep personal data about you on our system for as long as we
need it to fulfil the purposes set out above. It will then be deleted.
For more information about how Trees for Cities uses
personal data, please see our organisational privacy policy.
