YDEKC Leadership Discussion Group Application Form (for 2023 Program)

Thank you for your interest in joining a discussion group! These groups will offer executive directors and leaders from YDEKC member organizations the opportunity to build relationships with one another and share experiences and expertise. YDEKC will use the information you provide in this form and on your member commitment form to create groups with similar interests and scheduling needs. This form should take approximately 5-7 minutes to complete. While we do our best to place each applicant with a group, this is an imperfect process. If we do not identify a group that matches your interests and scheduling needs, we will let you know and encourage you to join any of our drop-in programs for members.

We will be creating groups in part based on the scheduling needs of participants. The goal is for groups to meet during the third week of every month for 90 minutes to two hours. Please indicate which of the time windows below would work for you (please check all that apply):

For 2023, one member of each group will serve as the Logistics Lead. This person will be eligible for a $100 stipend and will be responsible for scheduling sessions, sending out calendar invitations to group members, and submitting group attendance to YDEKC.
