College Track is a free, comprehensive 10-year program that supports students from underserved communities to become the first in their family to earn a bachelor’s degree. Each College Track site accepts a class of 60-75 eligible ninth graders to join our program every fall.

In order to be eligible for College Track, at least one of the following must be true:

1. You are First-Generation, meaning neither parent has received a Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in the United States.

2. Your household is Underserved, meaning at or below 275% of the federal poverty guidelines, which is calculated using household income and size.

Additionally, all applicants must be in 9th grade (intending to graduate high school in 2028).

1. Student Application (Part 1 of 2)
In order to complete Part 1, you will need the following information:

• Contact Information (Phone Number & Email Address) so we can notify you about your application status.
• Note: you must click "Complete Part 1 of 2" at the bottom of page 2 in order for your application to be received; if you can't complete Part 2 right now, we will send a link to the email you provide so you can come back and finish the application later.

2. Parent/Guardian Application (Part 2 of 2)
In order to complete Part 2, you will need the following information:

• Contact Information (Phone Number & Email Address) so we can notify you about your application status.
• Your Household income and size, so we can determine if your household qualifies as underserved, based on the definition above. Household size includes all people living in the house, for example: you (student), mom, dad, sister, brother = 5
