About This Community
The Teacher Coaches Community is a Teach For All learning community where teacher coaches from the Teach For All partner staff organizations can connect, learn, and support one another.

This community is open only to Teach For All partner staff who are currently working as a teacher coach in a Teach For All network partner organization. Across the network, this role is also known by several names - Instructional Coach, Tutor, Program Manager, Leadership Development Officer, Experience Coordinator. We define teacher coaches as people who support teachers through instructional coaching, which involves classroom observation, giving teachers coaching and feedback to improve their classroom practice, and supporting teachers to purposefully practice until they achieve their goals.

Upon registering your interest, we will reach out to you if meet the criteria to join our community. Once you are accepted, we will onboard you to our community, and you will have access to our community newsletter, learning activities, and Whatsapp group.
