Congratulations on taking this step to level up your business! This program is aimed at helping existing business owners expand to downtown Northampton and Florence business districts. This eight-week course will provide information on how owners can build a business dashboard to assess potential growth opportunities including moving into a downtown commercial space.

The Program

Tracking Growth for Business Success will meet for 8 weeks via Zoom. Each week, participants are expected to attend three sessions: a group Learning Session, Peer Group Session, and 1:1 Advising Session (4 hours a week).  

Learning Sessions

Learning Sessions will run weekly on Tuesdays January 9, 16, 23, 30, February 6, 13, 20, and 27th from 12-1:30pm.

Peer Group Sessions

Peer Group Sessions will be held weekly on Thursdays January 11, 17, 25, February 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29th from 12-1:30pm.

Advising Sessions

Advising Sessions are 1:1 with program facilitators and will be scheduled individually with each participant. They may be up to 1 hour in length per week.


Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until December 15, 2023, at 11:59 PM.


Criteria for Program Participation

Need to be present for all classes, peer group, and advising sessions Ability to participate with audio and video over Zoom Have been in business and generating sales for 1+ year(s)* Looking to or planning to expand/move your business to (or open an additional location in) the downtown Northampton or Florence business district Provide 2022 or 2023 business tax return and/or current Profit & Loss Statement Willing to participate in a peer setting Demonstrate Covid-19 had an impact on your business or you starting a business
