Twilight 1-Mile Kids Run Starts: 3:30 p.m.
Run Starts: 6:00 p.m.

Finish Festival Ends: 9:00 p.m.

Pricing

Regular Booth 10’x10’(includes tent): $500

Space Only 10’x10’ (vendor provides tent): $300

Each 10'x10' Booth Includes**

One 6’ table and two chairs

*All times subject to change.

** Vendors must bring their own extension cords.

How to Secure a Space

All exhibit space will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. Booths will not be held without payment in full. All applications are subject to approval. The deadline for application is Thursday, December 4, 2025.

I understand that by providing my own tent I must maintain insurance against losses and damages to persons or property caused by Exhibitor’s tent(s) / structure(s), including standard Commercial General Liability insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate. Sports Backers shall be named as additional insureds under such policy.

Payment and Verification

After you submit this form, your application will be reviewed by our team and you will receive an email regarding the status of your application with your booth(s) assignment, final amount owed, a link to submit payment (if using credit card), and other important information about the 2025 CarMax Tacky Light Run and Twilight 1-Mile Kids Run. If you choose to pay by check, we will indicate the amount to write your check for in this email. Please note that no booth sale is final until the vendor application has been approved and payment has been received.

By signing above, Exhibitor also acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to exhibit your products and / or services at the CarMax Tacky Light Run pursuant to and to strictly abide by the 2025 CarMax Tacky Light Run Rules, Regulations, and Conditions.
