If you are dropping off a check at our office for payment, please do so within a week of your registration submission. We will need payment to hold your spot. If you have any questions please give us a call.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • Setup is at 7:15 am and breakdown is at 12 noon
  • Only the 12 x 12 booth space is provided. All spaces are outdoors and will be assigned by Rowell Family Empowerment.
  • It's your responsibility to provide your own canopy, table, and chairs. It typically very windy, so come prepared with weights to hold down your tent or paper.
  • No electricity is available.

$25 donation due with this form (preferred payment is through our PayPal)
