Invited Non-Members
Your organization is a sponsor or friend of NAMT, and has been invited to attend the Spring Conference. You may register to attend in person or online. You may combine in person and online attendees on a single form.

If your organization is a sponsor of the Spring Conference, you will see questions related to your sponsorship as you register.

NAMT Associate Members
NAMT Associate Members in good standing may use this form to register themselves for the Spring Conference in person or online.

Please select your name from the list below. Associate Memberships are individual and the benefits are not transferable. Non-members may attend the Conference by invitation only.

Players Program Donors
NAMT Player Program Donors may register for the Spring Conference in person or online.

On the next page, we'll collect information for each person from your organization attending the Spring Conference. You may register multiple people to attend either online or in-person (capacity permitting) using this one form. 

Using this form, you may register up to 10 people from your organization. (If you need to register additional attendees, you can come back and fill out the form again!)

We must have a unique email address for each attendee so that we can set up their login on our online events platform (even for in-person attendees) and contact them with important pre-event information, so please be sure to register each individual who plans to attend.
Please be sure to complete this entire form. You will see a confirmation screen and receive an email copy of your form upon completion. We will not receive partially completed registration forms and will not be able to follow up.

Registering more than one person from your organization? You can submit up to 10 participants on one form! When you're done with this participant, click the link at the bottom of the Attendee Information box (before you click the Next Page button) to add someone else.

Please provide unique information for each registrant. All participants will receive a login to our online events app (even in-person ones), which is not transferable.

Multiple attendee discounts will be applied at checkout, and are only guaranteed when registering all of your participants together.

Your confirmation/receipt will be sent to this address.
A copy of your entire registration and a receipt will be sent to this address. Individual participants, if different, will also receive brief emails acknowledging their registration, and event details when we get closer to the dates.

Payment must be received by March 20, 2023 or your registration will be canceled. Re-registrations will be billed at the applicable rate on the date of the new processing.
