Housing Options

Family and Friends may choose their housing preference from a variety of options.
Dates of stay range from Thursday, March 30 through Monday, April 3, 2023
Packages are available beginning with a Wednesday night stay through Saturday night Stay.

Packages include meals, festival ensemble concert tickets, housing, official festival program book and your choice of Honor Ensemble Concert.

See below each package selection for meal inclusions. Parking at the hotel is not included in package costs. All hotel check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 12pm.

Hotel Location Information:
Family and Friends will be placed in one of the following downtown properties.

Marriott Place Complex (includes JW Marriott, Fairfield Inn and Suites, SpringHill Suites, Courtyard Marriott or the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown). You will be able to submit a preference however, due to capacity and blocking rooms for student groups you may not receive placement at your selected hotel.

You may also choose the number of people in your room. All rooms have either a king bed two double beds. Maximum capacity is four per room. Quad/Triple/Double/Single determines the number of people in the hotel room. Roll away beds are not permitted in rooms with double beds.
