Our comprehensive online training, coaching, and one-on-one consulting services are designed to meet the needs of both new and experienced leaders. With our support, you can achieve your goals and positively impact your community and beyond.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we offer 25 spots in our cohorts each year (a $7,500 value) to accepted Christian leaders, providing access to our services at no cost. Please fill out the application below to apply for our 2027 cohorts.

Discern is a self-led program through Orchard provided resources and and can be completed in 3-5 months. Discern graduates will filter into Foundations in Year 2.

Foundations is a college-styled digital learning experience that meets in the mornings, bi-weekly, on Zoom.

If you are running an existing nonprofit or program WITH pending or approved 501(c)(3) status, please select the "Foundations Cohort." If you feel called by God to impact your community by starting a nonprofit, are deliberating your current program, or have a program that does not have 501(c)(3) select the "Discern Cohort"..
