Blue Star Support Circles | Upstream Solutions to Crisis

Blue Star Support Circles - Upstream Solutions to Crisis is a peer-based, non-clinical cohort program designed for supporters of Veterans and service members — those who are concerned about a Veteran or service member in their lives who may be at risk of suicide.

Groups will consist of up to 15 supporters. You will meet for eight weeks to connect with peers and learn from experts on how to recognize warning signs, intervene and what to say, and help keep your Veteran or service member safe.
