PERMIT: Boutte Tree will apply for a tree removal permit from the City of Atlanta Arborist Division to remove the following tree(s) based on the following information: 
 Species: Diameter in inches (measured at 4.5 feet above ground): Location on property **: Within 5 feet of foundation? Identifying characteristics: Reason for Removal: 
 NOTE: Applications of 6 more trees require sketch/map of tree locations on the property along with tree identification with either a letter/tree #. This information can be provided in a simple arborist letter or organized list in the system. 
 ** If the tree is located on a neighboring property, we will need written permission from the property owner before a permit can be applied for.

Work is expected to take 5 hours or $750
Perform a tree assessment and inventory All Trees on the property

Collect tree species, location, diameter(match the tree survey). Include health and structure assessment and provide recommendations.
Take photos of each tree and include in the inventory
Mark up tree survey with tree #&#39;s
Compile trees that should be removed for a DDH application with information about species, DBH, location, tag number, condition and reason for removal. Include a map or sketch of tree numbers and locations for the DDH permit application for City of Atlanta.
Limitations may prevent arborist from a through inspection include: homeless people and their dogs, &amp; fallen tree debris 

Your arborist will write a report with findings. The report format will vary depending on the objectives. Please discuss the purpose for the inventory with your arborist.
The work will be billed at an hourly rate of $150/hr portal to portal with office time to draft the report. Not to exceed 900 or 6 hours of work.
