Due to the nature of your job, there is a likelihood we will be able to perform your tree work prior to the date offered; unexpected openings arise last-minute, sometimes same-day. We will always attempt to contact you to confirm the new date/time (via text); however, if we are unable to connect, we will still send a crew. This option is NOT for every client but it gives our scheduler the best opportunity to complete your tree work as soon as possible If you would like your work completed as soon as possible and are flexible on timing, please approve “Green-Lighting” your job.

<p>Remove - EMERGENCY CRANE REMOVAL-</p><p>Tree Worx bills on hourly rates for equipment and labor needed to safely remove the damaged tree(s). Please see attached hourly billing rates. We have an 8 hr minimum charge.</p><p> </p><p>Perform Emergency Tree Removal with the purpose of limiting further damage to the house or structure. This job will require the use of two cranes which will be placed on the parking area in front of the condominiums and place the tree sections down in the parking area for processing. Limiting the overall scope of the claim by minimizing future damages is a key goal.</p><p> </p><p>Description of crane access to the setup location: Access is great, off of Taft Highway and is paved the entire way.</p><p> </p><p>The use of a crane will allow for efficient and safe removal of this tree and is superior to a manual removal for this particular removal job.</p><p> </p><p>Job Details:</p><p>Haul away tree debris. Please note that fine cleaning of the yard of small debris AND pruning of additional trees are not included in this proposal. Stump grinding is not included in this service. Stumps and root balls will be cut as low as practicable (unless otherwise stated)</p><p>Extraction :</p><p>Remove with 90 ton Crane and 38 ton Knuckle boom Crane and Mecanil Grapplesaw</p><p> </p><p>Risk factors present on job: overhead hazards, log settling, structure/roof collapse, log sitting back up after canopy is removed, driveway cracking or settling due to weight of crane.</p><p>Please note that contractor is not liable for damage to driveway due to trucks or crane setup. Our Teams will be careful to prevent damage but can not be help liable for settling, cracking, or other damage.
