As a Dining Out For Life participating restaurant, I agree to:
- Donate the selected percentage of total gross food and beverage sales of all patrons for selected meals during Dining Out For Life on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 (for Saturday or Sunday options click here)
- Allow Nashville CARES to use restaurant's name in materials promoting Dining Out For Life
- Promote Dining Out For Life by displaying and/or using any print or digital materials provided April 17, 2023-May 17, 2023.
- Inform servers, managers, and other restaurant personnel about Dining Out For Life, so they can promote the event to diners and answer basic event questions (restaurant training available with request below).
- Permit Nashville CARES to place a volunteer host or provide your own during participating meals on Dining Out For Life day.
- Send or deliver a check for the total contribution payable to Nashville CARES no later than May 31, 2023.
- Promote the participating restaurant via the Dining Out For Life website with restaurant name, phone number, street address and live link to restaurant website;
- Orchestrate a publicity campaign to promote Dining Out For Life via local radio, TV, social media marketing and an email campaign to CARES network of 13,000 volunteers, clients and donors;
- Mail a Dining Out For Life dining guide with a complete list of participating restaurants to thousands of supporters and potential diners;
- Provide a website and print referral list of participating restaurants for diners
- Offer training to restaurant staff and answer questions about the event
- Provide periodic updates on Dining Out For Life during the campaign through email, social media, and more;
- Recruit a volunteer host to invite friends, family and colleagues to dine at restaurants for Dining Out for Life on May 17, 2023.
