Considerations for your VR Visit

As you request your experience, please keep in mind the following: 

  1. Act One can accommodate up to 45 participants per session. 
  2. Each session runs for 60 minutes.
  3. We can schedule up to four sessions per day.
  4.  If requesting multiple sessions in one day, please allow for at least 30 minutes between each session and 1 hour between the 2nd and 3rd sessions for charging the headsets.


For Group/Multiple Requests:

We love to work with multiple groups, even different age/grade levels! Please indicate your choice in the order of whose class we should attend first, second, third, and fourth by selecting "+Click here to add a new Session Request (Up to 4)" on the following page.

Each VR session costs $350.00

Agreements

VR Safety Policy

For the safety of our equipment:

  1. No food or drink around the headsets, please.
  2. Handle headsets with care.    

For the safety and comfort of participants:

  1. Participants must stay seated at all times when wearing or handling a headset.
  2. Participants should raise their hands if they need help.
  3. Participants and teachers should make the VR Specialists aware of any special accommodations required.
  4. Participants should stop use of headset if they experience any symptoms of motion sickness.

  5. Participants with a history of epilepsy or seizures should not use VR headsets.


Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
I understand that I may cancel or modify my VR visit date/time no later than two business days from my visit date or I will be charged a last-minute cancellation fee of $35.00 per session.
