These terms and conditions are an essential part of the Sponsorship agreement and application process. Please retain a copy of this page for your records and fax your copy to (866) 535-7624.

1. MANAGEMENT: National Veterans Transition Services, Inc. reserves the right to render all interpretations and to establish further or to amend regulations as it may be deemed necessary for the proper conduct and general success of any event.
2. SALES: All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued except as stated in the Cancellation Fees section above.
3. DEADLINES: Sponsors must provide information and deliverables to the event director on all matters pertaining to their participation as sponsors. The event director will send information and materials to the contact person listed on the application forms. The event director is not responsible for relaying information among different branches/departments of sponsor companies.
4. REFUSAL: National Veterans Transition Services, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any sponsorship which in its judgment is not in keeping with the character of the event.
5. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT: This contract will terminate without liability to either party if substantial performance of either party’s obligations is prevented by an unforeseeable cause beyond that party’s reasonable control. Such causes include but are not limited to: act of God; acts, regulations or orders of government authorities; fire, flood or explosion; war, disaster, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities; or the service to hold the event/booth; any delay necessary and essential construction or preparation of the meeting facility, strike, lockout, or work stoppage or other restraint of labor, either particle or general, from what ever cause.
6. WAIVER OF LIABILITY: All participants in this event do so at their own risk and agree to release and hold harmless, National Veterans Transition Services, Inc. and its affiliates from any loss, damage, or injury, and indemnify said association from any legal proceedings for personal injury or personal damage arising from any accident occurred by entry in the said event. There will be no refunds for any reason except as defined in the Cancellation Fees section above.
7. COPYRIGHT: Workforce Readiness Summit & Resource Fair's name and Logo are the sole property of the National Veterans Transition Services, Inc. No copyrighting is allowed without the consent of the National Veterans Transition Services, Inc.
