The Bloomberg EMEA Legal and Compliance Department, along with Ropes & Gray and Willkie Farr & Gallagher (“Willkie”), in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 13 on Climate Action, are seeking to assist green tech/environmental tech/sustainability-focused startups from Imperial College London, by providing services in the legal and compliance fields.
2023 is the third year of this programme, where Bloomberg Legal and Compliance, along with Ropes & Gray and Willkie and additional pro bono volunteers can provide legal assistance to selected ventures. A selection committee, comprised of Bloomberg, Ropes & Gray and Willkie volunteers will review all applications and request preliminary meetings with various ventures to understand the legal challenges the specific ventures are facing and how best the programme's partners are able to provide support. After the review period and preliminary meetings, the selection committee will determine which ventures will be part of the 2023 cohort and begin working with these ventures on a more in-depth assessment and plan for moving forward to address legal and compliance needs.
By completing this form, you agree for the details you provide to be confidentially shared with Bloomberg and its pro bono partners. By doing so you are not making any public disclosures about your company, and neither Bloomberg nor its pro bono partners are claiming any ownership of your venture or the products or services you supply.
