1. A working knowledge and understanding of what a trauma-informed approach entails (including how the six core values will be implemented) is important amongst those leading the Quality Mark and ideally amongst the wider team. Please describe what training and learning has taken place and/or the level of knowledge of trauma informed approach and practice within the organisation or service.

2. Please describe what steps have been taken by the trustee board or governors (or similar) for the organisation or service to start to implement and embed a trauma-informed approach. Please note: The Assessment includes an online interview with a member of the trustee board or governors about the organisation or service's journey towards becoming trauma-informed.

3. Please describe what steps will be taken to help support the building of a trauma-informed culture throughout the organisation or service.

4. A requirement of the Bronze Quality Mark is that the wider team will be involved in the development of the organisation or service's trauma informed plans to inform the evidence submitted. Please give details of how the team will be involved in the development of your plans to become trauma-informed Please note: The Assessment includes an interview with a small group of the team to talk about their involvement in the development of the plans.

5. There is agreement in the senior leadership team and trustee board or governors (or similar) to develop a committed plan to implement a trauma-informed approach and practice across the organisation or service over the next 1-3 years.
