All applicants are required to pay a $50 non-refundable application fee.

Payments can be made in one of the following two ways:

Completion of this application and submission of the application fee does not guarantee that the applicant is automatically accepted.
Once you have submitted this Application Form, you will receive a link to an electronic Reference From. Please forward this link to two references and ask them to complete and submit the form.
Once we have received both references, you will receive an email from our Student Services Administrator indicating that you will be contacted for an interview shortly.
