These rooms are intended for any family & friends who do not have a Festival Package. Please fill out the following information to request HOUSING ONLY for the Music for All National Festival.
Please note: While your hotel room will be in the Music for All housing block, all guests are responsible for paying for their own arrangements. As a reminder, you will need to put a credit card down at the time of check-in and will be charged for the room and any incidentals upon check-out. Some properties will place a temporary charge on your card until your stay is completed.
Housing will be at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown (adjacent to the Marriott Place Complex) or the SpringHill Suites or Courtyard by Marriott (both part of the Marriott Place Complex). These hotels are located downtown within walking distance to restaurants, but would require ground transportation to any festival performance venues and to the IND airport. Rooms are assigned on a "first-come, first-serve" basis. Please fill out this form no later than March 13, 2023.
Any cancellations must be made by March 14, 2023. Cancellation fees may apply.
