Your honoree will be notified by ICAN via e-mail of their recognition by you, with a notice that their name and organization will be featured along with all other recognized leaders at the 2023 ICAN Women's Leadership Conference.
Submissions with donation for recognition at the May 17 conference are being collected through April 10.
After submission of this form, you will be directed to our secure PayPal hosted donation portal to place the donation of $30 (or more) with a credit/debit card or PayPal account.
If you wish to honor multiple leaders, please complete this form for each individually - but you are welcome to make your monetary donation of $30 each as one collective transaction in the portal.
