Come join us for a fun weekend of crafting while raising money for MS.

Bring a group or come alone-you’re sure to have a great time!


What:  MS Charity Craft Weekend to help fight Multiple Sclerosis

Where: Four Points Sheraton Buffalo Grove

900 West Lake Cook Road Buffalo Grove, IL 60089

When: Fri Sept 22 (noon)-Sun Sept 24 (5 pm) Come and go as you please!

Cost: Weekend-$75 for early bird discount- Aug 22nd price increases to $85

As this is a fundraiser, all sales are final (no refunds or credits). You may transfer your registration to another person. We will follow current CDC guidelines.


What is included in the full weekend?

  • 24 hour access to crop room

  • Your own table

  • Register 1 month before the event and you are guaranteed to be seated near your friends

  • Crop for a Cause SWAG BAG

  • Raffle tickets for purchase

 

What is not included?

  • Food/Drinks: Outside food/beverages are not allowed in the crop room. There are many options nearby and the Sheraton has areas to eat if you bring in your own food.

  • The registration fee does not include lodging.

Information for the person attending-please use the same exact name every time you register for all of our events. Otherwise it creates another account with a different name in our system.








Crop Information
Crop for a Cause Cancellation Policy: As this is a fundraiser donations are non-refundable, however all tickets are transferable to another guest. Please email us with the person’s name and email so we can get all info to them. We reserve the right to cancel the weekend is there is not a minimum of 20 people. In the event of this we will offer you an alternative weekend or refund your money.

Crop for a Cause Food/Beverage Liability Policy: The Sheraton has generously waived the required food and beverage minimum for our event. In return we are have agreed not to bring any food/beverage into the conference room that has not been purchased directly from the hotel. There are areas in the lobby to relax and enjoy anything you have brought in from outside the hotel. If you violate this policy and any damages occur, you will be solely responsible for any costs/fees charged and will not be allowed to attend this event in the future.
Crop for a Cause Disclaimer: I understand that equipment may cause injury if not used correctly. I agree to hold harmless Crop for a Cause and all volunteers at the event. Crop for a Cause will be held harmless against any loss, expenses, damages and liabilities in the event of injury or accident that may occur at a Crop for a Cause event. Crop for a Cause will not be held responsible for damages, lost or stolen items. I understand that by attending our events, I consent to the use of photos in which I may appear. We also reserve the right to cancel or move a Weekend Retreat to another location or date and if you choose to make hotel reservations on your own instead of using the “hotel room block” we are not responsible for the cost and or/refund for the cost of your hotel reservations. What is included in the hotel room block:

  • FREE breakfast each day for each person in the room block-due to Covid-19 the hotel may not be serving any food or beverages.
