About Us: We are an innovative nonprofit tackling the college completion problem for post-traditional students. In short, students who would benefit most from a college degree have the hardest time graduating. That gets even harder when life's full with work and family - then you have a 16% chance, at best, of earning a Bachelor's. For these same students, we've built a path that offers an 80% chance of graduating. 

After 10 years, we’ve begun to scale - our team is bigger, our student body is growing, and our work reaches beyond Austin. The Recruitment Coordinator will be the first point of contact for prospective students interested in enrolling with or learning more about PelotonU. You’ll be responsible for building and supporting the PelotonU culture and community through hospitality, warmth, friendliness when greeting prospective students, answering phone calls, and replying to texts/chats. This will also include following up, scheduling next steps, and ensuring a successful path to enrollment for future students alongside the Admissions Manager. 

About You: You are someone who is happiest learning someone’s story, offering encouragement, and then equipping them with a plan to make their goals happen. If you don’t know the answer for a student, you’re the kind of person who will move heaven and earth to find it.
