2023 NJ Arts Advocacy Day

Arts Advocacy Day (AAD) will take place on April 26, 2023.  AAD is an opportunity for ArtPride staff to accompany a delegation of advocates to represent the state of New Jersey through face time with their federal elected officials to garner support for arts in the State. Issues include preserving and increasing federal funds for the cultural agencies (NEA, NEH, IMLS), arts education, and tax-and-visa related legislation. Staff will schedule meetings for all New Jersey congressional districts and help you share compelling stories and data about the impact and transformative power the arts have in their communities. We're looking for advocates who are interested in joining us in Washington, D.C.

To participate please fill out the form.
