“I Have A Dream” Foundation (IHDF) of Boulder County is excited to offer several scholarships with this one common scholarship application. This application is for an undergraduate educational program.

Dreamers will be automatically considered for both the Dreamer Scholars scholarship and the Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative (COSI). Other applicants will be considered for only the COSI scholarship.

Every student is REQUIRED to submit an online check-in form every semester enrolled in an education program. If not completed, future payments will be placed on hold.
If you are a first time attending student you will also be REQUIRED to complete a verbal check-in each semester (in addition to the online check-in).
