“I Have A Dream” Foundation (IHDF) of Boulder County is excited to offer several scholarships with this one common scholarship application. This application is for an undergraduate educational program in 2023.

Dreamers will be automatically considered for both the Dreamer Scholars scholarship and the Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative (COSI). Other applicants will be considered for only the COSI scholarship.
