Internship Application

Thank you for choosing HETRA as a potential location for your internship!

HETRA offers a variety of un-paid internships to individuals seeking experience in the Equine-Assisted Service (EAS) industry.  The internship is completed on-site only with a certificate of completion available.  The candidate applying must be capable of following safety precautions and be able to be self-directed with projects and assignments.

If you are a current professional that would like to learn more about EAS or work directly with a staff member for professional development in our field, please see our 'Mentoring Program' information.

Please note, completion of this application does not constitute acceptance into our program.

In order to be considered for a HETRA internship, you must be able to commit to a consistent schedule.  Please indicate below what your available hours are.

Please note that these will not be your guaranteed working hours. Upon acceptance, you and your primary supervisor will determine your specific schedule.
