Registration is Closed 

Thank you for your interest in our event, Fill The Air With Hope.  Unfortunately, we are at capacity and are unable to accommodate any further guests.  Please watch our website (Crop for a Cause) for future events and we hope that you can come and join us then.  

Details:

  • Space is limited to 50 people
  • Price per person: Early Bird Price $50 per person. Aug 9 the price increases to $65 per person  
  • All donations are non-refundable, however tickets are transferable to another person for this event. 
  • Children are welcome  as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Both must have a paid seat.
  • FRIEND REQUEST DEADLINE: August 9th - registration forms must be submitted by each person  to allow us time to make the seating chart. After that date we will try our best but cannot guarantee your request.
  • We will follow current Covid guidelines.

  • FREE DOOR PRIZE TICKET for everyone who brings an individually wrapped snack to share.
  • FREE WIFI
  • Spending time with friends-come and go as you please.
  • Raising money for a great cause!!


NOT INCLUDED:

  • Electricity: Due to the layout of the church there is no way to have electricity at each spot. We will have a charging station table where you can charge your devices and use your machine there.
  • Lunch: There are name places near by to get lunch, or you can brown bag it.
  • Soft Drinks/Water: Soft drinks/water will be available for sale.

Information for the person attending-please use the same exact name every time you register for all of our events. Otherwise it creates another account with a different name in our system.









Cancellation Policy
Crop for a Cause Cancellation Policy:  As this is a fundraiser, donations are non-refundable, however all tickets are transferable to another guest.  Please email us with the person's name and email so we can get all info to them. We reserve the right to cancel or move the event to another location.
