I will provide accurate information regarding the organization, fundraise to meet my personal goal, and am encouraged to spread the mission and bring awareness to the cause. I understand there are no refunds of my registration fee if I should be injured or cannot complete the race. I certify that I am 18 years of age or older. $1,000 Fundraising Goal = Jack's Basket racing shirt

$1,500 Fundraising Goal = Jack's Basket racing shirt & comfy socks

FUN FACT! By raising $1,500 you will be filling 10 baskets for new babies with Down syndrome!

$2,000 Fundraising Goal = Jack's Basket racing shirt and a $50 gift card to a running store

$2,500 Fundraising Goal = Jack's Basket racing shirt and a $100 gift card to a running store

$3,000 Fundraising Goal = Jack's Basket racing shirt and a $150 gift card to a running store

FUN FACT! By raising $3,000 you will be filling 20 baskets for new babies with Down syndrome!
