CONDITIONS OF EXHIBITION

1.

Stands must be setup and dismantled strictly as per the details provided.

2.

The amount of R6 050 – 00 must be made prior to setup of the exhibition stand. (Non-members only)

3.

Exhibition stands will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, with the best positions allocated first.  Note that space is limited.

4.

Companies who wish to cancel need to do so before Friday, 28 July 2023, should the cancellation not be done before the mentioned date or be a no show at the conference will be held liable for the full exhibition fee. (Applies to members and non-members)

5.

All refreshments and lunches will be served in the exhibition area.

6.

At least one delegate must register and pay to attend the full convention, further delegates manning the stand only will be charged R1 923 – 00 per delegate.

7.

Only one free stand is available to paid-up members of IERM, additional stand will be charged R6 050- 00 per stand thereafter.
