Sheehy Post-Race Festival

The Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10k is one of the largest 10k races in the country. We are expecting an estimated 20,000 participants this year and another 1,000 in our Kids Run.

Set Up

Friday, April 21st from 1:00 to 5:00 PM

Saturday, April 22nd from 4:00 to 6:00 AM*

*All non approved vehicles need to be moved by 6:00 AM

Race Day

Saturday, April 22nd from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Breakdown

Saturday, April 22nd from 1:00 to 3:00 PM

Pricing

10'x10' space with tent: $800

10'x10' space only (vendor to provide own tent): $500

All 10'x10' vendor spaces will be provided with (1) 6' table and (2) chairs

For electricity, if it is necessary, please reach out to Kristen Eichert for pricing.

*Special non-profit rate of $500 is available for an 10’x10’ booth (must submit proof of non-profit status with application)

All exhibit space will be sold on a first come first serve basis. Booths will not be held without payment in full. The deadline for application is Friday, April 7, or when booth space fills.

Payment and Verification

After you submit this form, your application will be reviewed by our team and you will receive an email regarding the status of your application with your booth(s) assignment, final amount owed, a link to submit payment (if using credit card), and other important information about the 2023 Sheehy Post-Race Festival. If you choose to pay by check, we will indicate the amount to write your check for in this email. Please note that no booth sale is final until the vendor application has been approved and payment has been received.
