2023 NWCCU CON Presentation Proposal  

NWCCU is pleased to present the 2023 Annual Conference Call for Proposals, focused on the conference theme, Disruptive Innovations for Student Success. We are excited to open this call to our member institutions and are eager to learn from one another in November. 

To submit a proposal, please complete the following information.  

Please note that due to limited time and space, not all proposals may be accepted. Presenters will be contacted with our decision in July. 

Deadline: June 12, 2023
Presentation Information
All concurrent sessions will be 50 minutes in length, including Q&A. There is an opportunity for a small number of presentations to be held as two-hour workshops.
  • Concurrent sessions will be held on Thursday, November 9 and Friday, November 10, 2023 – applicants must be available for their presentation on either day
  • Workshop (two-hour) sessions will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2023
NWCCU will provide the following equipment to all presenters: An 8’ tripod screen, 3K projector, cabling, microphone. Presenters must provide their own laptop to conduct the presentation.

Please note: NWCCU agrees to provide a discounted general conference registration for up to two presenters for the 2023 Annual Conference, so long as each presenter registers for the conference before September 15, 2023. All other conference-related expenses, including but not limited to travel expenses, are the responsibility of the presenter.
