Important Notice

Please note that a minimum number of student registrations are required for the program to be proceed. All students will receive a program confirmation by February 1, 2025, at the latest. It is highly recommended that students to not purchase flights before this date. No additional expenses (flights, visas, etc) will be refunded if the program is cancelled by February 1, 2025.

Payment

All students are required to make a $500 deposit to secure their seat. The complete payment must be received by May 1, 2025 prior to the program start date. The payment must be received in full. The payment letter will be send to you once we review your applicaiton.

Withdrawal and Refund

All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to esltraining@sl.on.ca. Students are advised to apply for their visa as soon as possible.

The withdrawal deadline is June 1, 2025.If a withdrawal is requested before this date due to visa refusal, a refund will be issued minus admin fee of $150. If a withdrawal is requested before this date due to other reasons, a refund will be issued minus an administrative fee and registration fee totaling $650 ($150 + $500). No refunds will be given after June 1, 2025. If a withdrawal is requested after June 1, 2025 due to visa refusal, a 50% refund will be issued minus an administrative fee a($150 + 50% of total program fee).
