Thank you for expressing interest in exhibiting at ReFED’s 2023 Food Waste Solutions Summit. If you would like to be considered as an exhibitor, please complete the application below by April 19, 2023. All candidates will be notified no later than April 21, 2023.
ReFED Table Top Exhibitor Package - $2,500
Table top exhibit space will be available in a highly trafficked area on the 4th floor near the Grand Ballroom where the primary Summit sessions will be taking place on Wednesday, May 17 & Thursday, May 18. A limited number of spaces are available.
Exhibitor package includes:
A 6 foot table with linen and 2 chairs
Limited storage available under the table
5-amp electrical outlet & access to wifi
One full conference pass
Additional items are the exhibitor’s responsibility:
Monitors are available to rent for an extra cost if exhibitor would like a screen
Standing banners (1-2 per space)
Promotional giveaways & booth materials
- Load in: Tuesday, May 16, 10:00am–4:00pm
- Load out: Thursday, May 18, 4:00pm
Please note that the conference officially kicks off with the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, May 16 at 6:00pm on the 18th floor. There will be optional programming available from 4:00pm-6:00pm and you may choose to staff your booth at this time.
Exhibits may be open during the entire conference. However, below is a schedule of the conference break times and meals.
