By checking this box, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree to the above terms and conditions.The standard registration fee is $1,695.00. To receive the “earlybird” rate of $1,595.00 (a $100.00 discount), you must register and pay the registration fee or a $300 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit 28 days before the start of the training. To receive 33 hours of MCLE credits, you will be asked to submit an additional $33.00 administrative fee. To hold a spot for the training, CCR must receive the full registration cost of the training, or a non-refundable, non-transferable, deposit of $300.00. The entire registration fee must be paid in full 14 days before the first day of training. No refunds, monies, or credits will be given for the first $300.00 of the registration fee. No refunds or monies paid in excess of the non-refundable, non-transferable $300.00, or credits toward future trainings, will be given for cancellations made less than 28 days before the start of the training. CCR retains the right to change or modify the above statements at any time.
