NOTE: As the original owner and signer of the Land Lease Agreement, you are responsible for ensuring the monthly land lease fee is paid as well as meeting the other requirements outlined in the Land Lease Agreement such as carrying adequate homeowner’s insurance, maintaining the property, paying the mortgage and property taxes.
