Learning Forum: “How Can We Foster Teacher Wellbeing?”

Join us for the third in this year’s Learning Forum series where we will be exploring the topic of how to foster teacher wellbeing. In a time when teacher burnout and retention are real risks, we will hear from practitioners from across the network about why investing in teacher well-being is no longer a “nice-to-have”, what they are practically doing to support teachers’ mental health & well-being, and how to enable teachers not just to survive but also to thrive. We’ll also explore the latest global insights from trauma-informed practice, as well as surprising new findings from studying teacher retention data across our own network.
