Personal Information




Leadership Orrville expects full participation from each class member.  To ensure an effective learning environment and the opportunity for all class members to actively participate, our class size is limited to 16 participants.

  • The program begins with an orientation meeting August 30 at 5:30 PM and the first class will be September 20, 2023.
  • Participants are expected to attend all 9 sessions of one full-day per month, September through May on the third Wednesday of each month from 7:30 am – 5:00 pm. Failure to attend two sessions may result in removal from the program with no refund provided.
  • In the event of unique circumstances, advance notice of at least one day is required
  • In the event of an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible.
  • Participants will be expected to participate in various group activities, such as fundraising and class project meetings, or small group meetings. 
  • The class will be expected to identify, develop, and implement a community service project to be completed by June 21, 2024.  Time for discussion, planning, organization and implementing this project is not built into the regular class session days.

 

TUITION

Tuition for each participant is $1,500 for non-Orrville Area Chamber members and $1,250 for Orrville Area Chamber members and must be paid upon acceptance into the program prior to August 21, 2023.  Tuition is non-refundable after this date.  The tuition payment covers all curriculum materials and meals.
Affirmation
By submitting this form, you affirm the following:

I understand the goals and attendance requirements of Leadership Orrville.  If selected, I will commit the time necessary to complete the program and will pay my tuition upon acceptance.  I further understand that Leadership Orrville selects participants based on a variety of criteria.  Accordingly, I agree that Leadership Orrville shall in no way be liable to me in the event I am not selected for the program. 


SPONSOR

My supervisor also understands the goals, attendance requirement, and time commitment of Leadership Orrville and offers his/her full support, and ensures full payment of tuition upon the applicant's acceptance into the program.
