1            TERMS

In consideration of the Foundation giving the Participant the opportunity to attend the Event, you hereby:

1.1               understand that the Participant may be identifiable and that the Participant will not be able to be anonymised in any of the photographs/filming;

1.2               understand that the images taken could constitute personal data and the Foundation and their employees, representatives, agents, directors, officers and assigns process such personal data acting as data controller for the purposes of their legitimate interests in promoting their business in accordance with article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as transposed into UK law pursuant to the Data Protection, Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendments etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.  You understand that the images captured for these purposes will not constitute special category personal data as defined under GDPR;

1.3               understand that you can request the relevant Privacy Notice from the Foundation and that this will contain a breakdown of any applicable rights in respect of such data and ability to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office;

1.4               understand that the data provided in this form will be held securely and not shared with third parties, other than where we are required to by law. If you have any queries, please contact Foundation@TottenhamHotspur.com

1.5               waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photograph(s), video footage, advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in conjunction therewith; 

1.6               irrevocably grant any and all rights you or the Participant have in the Contribution to the Foundation;

1.7               irrevocably assign on behalf of you and the Participant all intellectual property rights associated with or arising from the Contribution to the Foundation and grant to the Foundation consent to use the Contribution in any manner in which the Foundation may consider suitable;

1.8               irrevocably grant to the Foundation on behalf of both yourself and the Participant worldwide consent  to make use of the Contribution in any and all media worldwide, both as part of the Event and in any other content owned, controlled or licensed by the Foundation; and

1.9               acknowledge that this Agreement, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including any dispute or claim relating to non-contractual obligations), shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (including any non-contractual disputes or claims).

By signing and returning this Agreement you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out above.
