By clicking “I agree” below, I hereby agree to hereby release and forever waive any and all actions, claims, loss, damages, liabilities, injuries, demands of every nature at law or equity, attorneys’ fees and expenses of every kind and nature that may be sustained by or made against VTAC, it officers, directors, employees, shareholders, servicers, representatives, agents, attorneys, brokers, successors or assigns, resulting from  or arising out of the entry upon and/or inspection of the property at the sole direction of VTAC.
