Potential Partner Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in partnering with the Community Food Bank of Central Alabama! We are proud to support over 300 community organizations across our twelve-county service region through a number of partnership models. The following interest form is designed to help the Food Bank identify which models might be a good fit for your organization, so please take your time and answer the following questions as accurately and thoroughly as possible.

Please note that submission of a completed application does not guarantee your site will be selected to partner with the Community Food Bank of Central Alabama. Food Bank staff will review applications in the order they are received AND in accordance with community need. Preference will be given to organizations currently operating food programs for a minimum of 6 months. The Site Coordinator on your application will be contacted if your organization is selected for partnership.
