Each exhibitor will be provided with a trestle table, table cloth and two chairs in a 3m x 3m space. Should you require a power point, kindly indicate so in the block below and note that any additional items need to be arranged individually.

EXHIBITION RATES

Member	R5 000 – 00
Non-Member	R6 500 – 00
Exhibitors manning the stand	R1 500 – 00

1.	Stands must be setup and dismantled strictly as per the details provided.
2.	Payment must be made prior to setup of the exhibition stand.
3.	Exhibition stands will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, with the best positions allocated first. Note that space is limited.
4.	Companies who wish to cancel need to do so before 1 November 2023, should the cancellation not be done before 1 November 2023, or be a no show at the symposium, companies will be held liable for the full exhibition fee. (Applies to members and non-members)
5.	All refreshments and lunches will be served in the exhibition area.

CONDITIONS OF EXHIBITION

I accept the terms and conditions of cancellation that should the booking not be canceled within a week prior to the symposium date, the company will be liable for the full non-member exhibition rate.ll be
