For volunteers new to AMIS, we require the names and contact information of two coworkers or friends outside your immediate family who can provide a character reference.  Thank you.






Background Check Policy
1. Every NEW volunteer who signs up to be an Amigo volunteer is required to have a background check on file with AMIS.
2. ALL RETURNING volunteers need to have a background check on file with AMIS every 5 years.
