Youth Justice Leadership Institute Alumni Retreat: July 21-22nd at the same location.

PLEASE NOTE THAT EACH PERSON WHO ATTENDS THE FORUM MUST FILL OUT A REGISTRATION FORM.

If you have multiple individuals from your organization attending the Forum, please have each person fill out a separate registration form.

Registration Fee: $50

NJJN does not wish the registration fee to prohibit anyone from attending Forum. There is no registration fee required for youth participants. Please contact Tracey Tucker at tucker@njjn.org to request a registration scholarship if necessary. To pay registration fee, please type in 50 below to be directed to PayPal for registration completion.

NJJN estimates the cost of the Forum to be $250.00 per person per day. If you would like to make a contribution to support youth participation or to help defray these costs, please indicate the amount below.

Travel Assistance

Please note, by checking below you are requesting travel assistance. Travel scholarships are intended for individuals and organizations who could not otherwise afford to travel to Forum. Scholarships are limited to one per member organization and available on a first come, first serve basis. Checking below does not guarantee a scholarship. NJJN staff will contact those individuals receiving scholarships via email. Please note that NJJN will only reimburse for receipts submitted, only up to $500.00 and will only reimburse hotel stays for the group hotel. It is expected that those requesting a scholarship, will attend the full Forum. Only members who are current in their dues and have completed their membership forms are eligible for a scholarship. Partner with a Young Leader at Forum

NJJN has young leaders from across the country coming to Forum this year. These young people are looking to partner with an NJJN member to get a better sense of what working in the justice field looks like and how they can expand their impact. We are looking for people to volunteer to be partnered with these young people during the Forum. This entails meeting with the young person during Forum and sharing your experience with them. Are you interested in partnering with a young leader?

Photo/Video Release Form

NJJN benefits greatly from being able to show its members being involved in and speaking about their own work and the work of NJJN. (Please note that this release will remain in effect unless and until revoked by you in writing and delivered to NJJN.) I understand that all recordings, in whatever medium, shall remain the property of NJJN. I agree to allow the National Juvenile Justice Network (NJJN) to use photos, film and audio of me on its website and/or its publications when it promotes its work to others. NJJN may choose how to use my words or photos and recordings of me, so long as it is promoting its non-profit work. I will be given the opportunity to review statements that are attributed to me before they are published online or in print. As such, I release NJJN and those acting pursuant to its authority from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with such use.

Please note that we will be taking pictures and videos during this event. Your image may be used by NJJN to further its mission of improving outcomes for youth in trouble with the law. By participating in this event, you agree to have your image and video footage be utilized by NJJN.
