Cincinnati Chapter
The Conscious Capitalism Cincinnati Chapter Summit 2023 is a conference built for business leaders looking to design and implement conscious practices in their companies and deepen their social impact. The Summit will be held on September 11, 2023 and is excited to share an expanded collaboration this year with B Corp Regional Group, Social Enterprise Alliance, Canopy Kentucky, Net Impact UC Chapter, and the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber Workforce Innovation Center

We are looking for panelists, workshop facilitators, and pop-up
hosts to share their conscious leadership journey and business practices.

If you or someone you know have a conscious practice or experience related to one of these and would be willing to volunteer as a panelist, workshop facilitator, or pop-up host, let us know in the form below by end-of-day on July 31, 2023

We are looking for panelists, workshop facilitators, pop-up hosts, and sponsors aligned with
the Conscious Capitalism TACTILE model for positively transforming organizations.

TRUST | Relational trust: where employees trust their leaders and leaders trust their employees. Examples of topics include: How do you demonstrate that you trust your employees as a leader? How do you earn the trust of your employees? Can you share the importance of trust for a thriving corporate culture for you?

AUTHENTICITY | What you see is what you get. Absence of artifice. Examples of topics include: How do you ensure that there is no gap between what is espoused and
set as expectations is congruent with what is experienced when interacting with your organization for all stakeholders?

CARING: Genuine caring for all stakeholders; thoughtful, gentle, considerate, and compassionate. Holding each other accountable and empowered. Examples of topics include: How do you demonstrate a respect for diversity of opinions and lifestyles
in your organization? How do employees know that they are cared for and caring for others is central to the way you do business as an organization?

TRANSPARENCY: Open-book management and communication. Examples of topics include: How do you explain the state of the business to all stakeholders so that they understand your business model and your measures of success?

INTEGRITY | Beyond compliance and letter of the law-integrity is a commitment to truth-telling and fair dealings with all stakeholders. Examples of topics include: How have you demonstrated integrity in tough decisions? How have you navigated an unwillingness to compromise your company’s core values when strained in challenging situations where it would be easier to do so?

LEARNING | Dedicated to nurturing a culture of learning where everyone teaches and everyone learns and together we continuously evolve to higher states of collective consciousness. Examples of topics include: What is your senior leadership team’s collective
learning journey right now? What systems and support do you have in place to support curiosity, growth and development for all employees?

EMPOWERMENT | Hiring qualified, talented people and then readily trusting
them to act intelligently and thoughtfully in service of the organization. Examples of topics include: How do you establish the circumstances and awareness of key business decisions that employees can make without asking for permission? How do you encourage problem-
solving and decision-making for all employees on work that they have direct influence over?
