Attendees will participate in small group exercises, working closely with a trainer to develop skills in both advocacy and neutral roles during simulated negotiations and mediations. Each session qualifies for 2.5 hours of CLE credit, and attendees must complete four sessions to meet the 10-hour practical training requirement.
