MEDIATION TRAINING
PRACTICAL SESSION

This practical training offers hands-on experience in dispute resolution through simulated role plays, observations, and real-world examples. This meeting totals 3 hours, with 2.5 hours of training and a 30-minute break.


Attendees will participate in small group exercises, working closely with a trainer to develop skills in both advocacy and neutral roles during simulated negotiations and mediations. Each session qualifies for 2.5 hours of CLE credit, and attendees must complete four sessions to meet the 10-hour practical training requirement.

This activity has been approved for participatory Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of California in the amount shown above and the Beverly Hills Bar Association certifies that this activity conforms to the standards for approved education activities prescribed by the rules and regulations of the State Bar of California governing minimum continuing legal education.
To receive CLE credit, you must attend the entire course, including the Q&A session (if any). CLE credit is only issued when you are logged in using the email address on file, and all login links are personalized to you and should not be shared. BHBA cannot issue CLE credit where your attendance cannot be verified. Please note that BHBA does not provide CLE credit to those who only listen to the audio of the course by phone or call-in only on Zoom.
